Since 2014, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has started to provide Integrated Facilities Management Services to Corporate Clients, at the moment managing a total GLA of almost 50,000 sqm in Bucharest and across Romania. By all means, the real challenge for everybody in the FM industry has occurred 2 years ago when the workplace concept and the role of the office changed dramatically.
